Hazard Management

Hazards can be added for specific items such as loose ladders or unsafe roofs. These can be automatically notified to your staff or to any other contractor that is using your sites. Hazards can be be routed to specific approver such as the health and safety manager and decisions taken on whether to approve or remove the hazard.

Risk Assessments

Risk assessments can be added to your site documents by building an individual risk assessment for your site by selecting individual risks using our risk picker  or by adding any existing risk assessment to the site files.

Method statements

Siteshare can be set up to support method statements for any work carried out on site. Choose to make method statements optional or mandatory. You can also allow your contractors to upload standard method statements so that they can be selected at the time of booking.
