Contractors Management

Managing contractors can be very time consuming and requires endless documentation. Our contractor management tools provide almost automatic approval of contractors including training accreditation, insurance cover, health and safety audit.

Our contractor application can also be used in conjunction with our bookings and access manager - This allows for automated validation and approval of all site access requests and accreditation validation.

Self Management

Siteshare aids contractor management by  moving the burden of contractor documentation to the contractors themselves. Each contractor can register on Siteshare as a contractor, add their insurance details, staff details and individual training and accreditation.

When you add in a contractor you will automatically get visibility of their insurance and training and Siteshare will automatically match this information against your training and accreditation requirements.


Our accreditation manager can automatically verify that any staff visiting your sites are appropriately accreditation and have the correct training. Each contractor can add their individual training records and this can then be cross referenced when this person is listed on a site booking.

Staff will be notified before an accreditation expires so that refresher training can be taken.

Automatic Validation

If you are using Siteshare's online booking and access manager, contractors can be automatically prevented from working on your sites - The booking and access manager can be integrated with the contractor application to only select those contractors that have the appropriate accreditation or training based on the site and work type.
